Workshops

For Rhiannon sharing what she has learnt about pigment production and ecological art making through workshops and community engagement is an important element to her art practice. If you are interested in her facilitating a workshop please get in touch.

Eco painting workshop with GRAFT Garden at the National Waterfront Museum for the Eco Fair. In this workshop I collected plant matter from the garden which participants made into simple stain paints with a natural binder.

Rhiannon was invited to run a demonstration and earth pigment painting workshop at Dinefwr Castle as part of the Building Heritage: Celebrating Skill annual event.

She took participants through the process of turning a foraged rock to a fine watercolour paint. They could then create their own paints from Rhiannon’s collection of earth pigments from across Wales.

Rhiannon has been working as an Artist Assistant on the Connect and Flourish project ran by Elysium and Miöe in Swansea. The project creates the space for neurodivergent participants to explore their creativity through a range of art forms.
